J and J Football are pleased to offer our 3-Day October Skills Clinic

This is a great opportunity to improve your skills and understanding of the game.
The clinic will be run by the J and J coaching team including:

-Prof Adi Juric (UEFA Pro-Diploma coach and Technical Director Subiaco AFC)
-Branko Jelic (former Perth Glory player and UEFA A coach)
-Mick Thompson, Jimmy Campbell and other FFA Qualified coaches

Players will be organised into groups based on age and skill level, with every player being involved with all the coaches. Sessions will be 45 mins long, followed by a break where the coaches will rotate between groups.

Clinic Format:
The first two days will consist of sessions focussing on individual technique, strength and conditioning, game tactics and understanding, skills and tricks, principles of striking and dribbling.
The final day will be our games day, football tennis and penalty shootouts.
A healthy lunch will be provided on the last day with a presentation on Nutrition in sport.  We will accommodate players with vegetarian, kosher and halal needs.
